Underwriting Analyst | London | Hybrid

Are you a data-savvy analyst or analytical graduate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving? Our client, a leading Syndicate/Insurer in the market is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to join their Performance & Planning team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of underwriting, data, and business planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Underwriting Performance & Planning Manager with internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in the development, analysis, and roll-out of the Group Business Planning system.
  • Work closely with actuarial, finance, and IT teams to enhance management information (MI) and automate processes.
  • Develop internal and external MI using SQL and Excel (VBA preferred).
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely regulatory reporting.
  • Document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
