An established and highly regarded Financial Services Transfer Pricing team is looking to hire a Manager into its London practice. This is an advisory focused role offering exposure to technically interesting Transfer Pricing projects across a broad Financial Services client base, including banking, insurance, asset management, fintech and commodity trading.
The role involves working alongside experienced Directors and Partners, advising clients on a range of Transfer Pricing matters including:
- Transfer Pricing documentation and benchmarking
- Value chain analysis and complex advisory projects
- Multi jurisdictional engagements and tax authority matters
- Client relationship management and business development
- Managing projects and reviewing the work of junior team members
The culture and team consist of around 30 professionals in London, with a strong reputation for technical expertise and a collaborative culture. You would be joining a genuinely friendly and supportive team. The breadth of the client base means you will have the opportunity to develop a broad Financial Services Transfer Pricing skillset, rather than becoming restricted to one sector.
Skillset
- Strong Transfer Pricing experience, ideally within Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, Fintechs or Commodity trading)
- Experience across an industry such as banking, insurance, asset management, fintech or commodity trading is required
- Good technical knowledge across documentation, benchmarking and value chain analysis
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience managing projects and developing junior team members
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
