This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact credit decisions within diverse sectors, including project and export finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, shipping and aviation finance, and commercial real estate.

You will assess complex transactions, perform early stage deal screening, conduct in-depth due diligence, and form clear, well reasoned credit opinions under time pressure. The role involves active portfolio oversight, identifying early signs of deterioration, performing stress testing, and applying strong analytical judgement across a wide range of counterparties and asset classes.

Collaboration with deal teams is central, ensuring balanced credit views that support commercial objectives while protecting against downside risk. You will influence transaction structuring, uphold robust underwriting standards, and contribute to maintaining a disciplined risk appetite.

This opportunity suits a credit professional with deep experience in structured or specialised finance, ideally from an investment bank or international lender, who enjoys working on complex deals, navigating varied financing structures, and applying sound credit judgement in dynamic situations.
