We’re partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Workplace Optimization & Business Continuity Manager within their OCOO function. This is a high-impact, global role sitting at the intersection of corporate real estate strategy, operational resilience, and business continuity governance.

The Role
- Workplace Optimization
- Analyse occupancy and utilisation data to drive smarter space planning
- Lead office relocations, portfolio initiatives, and MAC programmes
- Align workplace strategy to evolving business needs
- Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory standards
- Develop and test BCP and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct BIAs and map Critical Business Services
- Lead tabletop and functional testing exercises
- Support incident response during operational disruptions
- Drive audit readiness and governance documentation

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, operational resilience, or BCP within Financial Services or a global regulated environment
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capability
- Experience with BCP tools (e.g., Archer)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
