The Opportunity
You’ll help design and evolve compensation frameworks that are competitive, equitable, and aligned to global business objectives. You’ll partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to influence decision-making and ensure reward programmes support talent attraction, development, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to develop compensation roadmaps and design innovative reward solutions.
- Benchmark roles, analyse market data and provide insights on global compensation trends.
- Build and deliver compelling presentations on compensation modelling and scenarios.
- Advise on complex reward issues and propose pragmatic, data-led solutions.
- Drive harmonisation of compensation programmes across regions.
- Lead and guide year-end compensation cycles.
- Own the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across relevant jurisdictions.
- Support compensation design for external hires and internal moves.
- Lead strategic compensation projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
