Capital Allowances Manager / Senior Manager

Our client is a well established national firm who are growing its Capital Allowances team and looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join at a point of momentum, with a clear path for progression and development.

Thanks to the industry known Head of the team, the client base is broad and varied, spanning Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality and high profile Not for Profit work, with a portfolio running from owner managed companies up to quoted groups.

You'll deliver the full remit, from site surveys and cost analysis through to preparing and defending claims, alongside land remediation relief work, plus real exposure to BD and to developing junior colleagues.

Importantly, the team is expanding and isn't top heavy, so there's genuine room to grow, with visibility and mentoring from day one.

My client is open on background, whether you're from a surveying or cost consultancy route with capital allowances experience, or a Tax professional who understands capital allowances well.

RICS, ATT or CTA welcome but not essential.
