We are partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to support a number of high-profile initiatives during a pivotal period for the Reward function. This role offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to programmes that directly shape the employee value proposition.
The Opportunity
Over the coming months, the Reward agenda is both busy and business-critical. You will play a central role in ensuring key projects are successfully delivered while supporting core annual reward activity. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and operating close to decision-makers.
Key Focus Areas:
- Help drive the successful delivery of a new benefits platform, ensuring implementation milestones are achieved.
- Support the upcoming salary review and end-of-year performance processes, providing analytical and operational expertise during peak cycle activity.
- Assist with the rollout and optimisation of the job evaluation portal following completion of the organisation’s target operating model.
- Compile and analyse market benchmarking data for the 2026/27 planning cycle, delivering insights to inform pay strategy.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to support reward decision-making.
