We're working with a well-established and rapidly growing employee benefits consultancy seeking to appoint a Senior Healthcare Analyst to their Health and Risk team. The role
Your key areas of focus will include:
- Preparing business reports across healthcare products - renewals, new business and market reviews
- Managing the quotation and market review process for existing clients and new business prospects
- Administering existing healthcare schemes and flexible benefits programmes for key clients
- Supporting the consulting team proactively on client queries and technical healthcare issues
What you'll bring
Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare benefit products - ideally spanning PMI, cash plans, dental, travel and EAPs, including corporate and complex schemes.
Specifically, you'll be able to demonstrate:
- A strong track record working across healthcare products including Private Medical Insurance, cash plans, dental, travel and personal accident cover, EAPs and health assessments
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you produce
- The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and providers
- IF7 qualification, or working towards it
