A well-established wealth management firm is looking to appoint a Senior Content Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. This is a replacement hire following an internal promotion and represents an opportunity to join a highly regarded business with a strong focus on quality content, thought leadership and client communications.
Sitting within an established marketing function, you'll be a key member of the content team, working closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders to develop engaging, informative and client-focused content across a variety of channels. This role is far more focused on content creation and editorial excellence than traditional marketing execution.
The position would suit a strong writer with experience in wealth management, asset management, financial journalism or a related financial services environment who enjoys translating complex topics into compelling and accessible content.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Producing high-quality thought leadership, market commentary and investment-focused content for a range of client audiences
- Creating engaging content across websites, email campaigns, client communications and social media channels
- Working closely with investment professionals and subject matter experts to develop timely and relevant content
- Translating technical investment topics into clear, concise and reader-friendly communications
- Developing long-form and short-form content aligned with audience needs and business objectives
- Supporting content planning and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent flow of communications
- Editing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with brand standards
- Repurposing investment insights across multiple channels and formats
- Supporting campaign activity through the creation of compelling content assets
- Monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement
- Ensuring all communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Maintaining consistently high editorial standards across all published content
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience producing content within wealth management, asset management, financial journalism or a related financial services environment
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities
- Proven ability to translate complex financial topics into engaging, accessible content
- Strong understanding of investment markets, wealth management or financial planning concepts
- Experience creating both long-form and short-form content across multiple channels
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior subject matter experts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to editorial quality
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and content projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with content management systems, email platforms and digital channels
