An established global alternative investment platform is looking to add an Associate / Senior Associate to its Fundraising team focused on Private Wealth in London. This opportunity sits within a highly visible and commercially driven function focused on developing and managing relationships with some of the firm’s most strategic institutional and private wealth distribution partners globally. The role offers significant exposure across fundraising, client strategy, product positioning, and senior stakeholder engagement within one of the most sophisticated platforms in the market. The team works closely with senior leadership across Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Product Specialists, and Investment teams, playing a key role in supporting long-term capital formation initiatives across private equity, infrastructure, credit, real assets, and opportunistic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the management and development of strategic distribution and institutional partner relationships globally
  • Preparing client materials, strategic account plans, market updates, and fundraising analysis
  • Working closely with internal investment and product teams to coordinate investor engagement activity
  • Assisting with capital raising initiatives across multiple private markets strategies
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and investor appetite across key channels
  • Supporting senior stakeholders with relationship management and business development initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years’ experience within private markets, investor relations, strategic accounts, placement advisory, private wealth solutions, or institutional sales
  • Strong understanding of private equity and broader alternatives markets
  • Highly commercial, relationship-oriented, and intellectually curious
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Experience engaging with institutional investors, wealth platforms, private banks, or strategic distribution channels is advantageous
  • Educated to a strong academic standard
