We are partnering with a global asset manager to appoint an RFP & Client Reporting Writer into its EMEA team. The firm has an established international footprint and is continuing to invest in its distribution and client servicing capabilities across institutional channels. This role sits within a core commercial function, supporting both new business acquisition and ongoing client engagement. This person will play a key role in producing high-quality, investment-led content and reporting that directly underpins fundraising, client retention, and consultant relationships. This opportunity would suit an experienced RFP professional looking to step into a broader, high-impact position, combining writing, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs across multiple investment strategies
- Partnering closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to support fundraising and pipeline development
- Translating complex investment information into clear, compelling messaging for institutional clients and consultants
- Producing regular and ad hoc client reports to support client reviews and ongoing engagement
- Extracting, analysing and validating data from internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across outputs
- Managing multiple concurrent projects across different regions and stakeholders
- Collaborating with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists and Compliance teams to source and refine content
- Maintaining and enhancing centralised content libraries to improve efficiency and consistency
- Supporting consultant database updates and industry survey submissions to strengthen market visibility
- Leveraging technology and AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and turnaround times
- Ensuring all materials meet regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in RFP, bid writing or client reporting within asset management or a related financial services environment
- Strong understanding of investment products across asset classes, ideally including ESG considerations
- Advanced written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and persuasive client materials
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data and translating it into client-ready insights
- Experience using RFP platforms and tools (e.g. RocketDocs), alongside strong Excel and Word skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering commercial outcomes
