Reward Manager/ Business Partner
We are currently seeking a Reward Manager/Business Partner to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive reward strategy for a well-established international organisation. This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the total rewards agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes that align with business strategy.
- Manage salary review processes, bonus structures (including executive and broker-related), and equity plans.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee the annual salary, bonus, and benefits cycles, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Develop and deliver engaging communications to support employee understanding of rewards and benefits.
About you
- Valuable experience in reward, including in a management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of compensation and benefits, with global exposure desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience advantageous).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
