We are hiring !!! Reward Manager required by leading financial Services firm on 12 month FTC City London.
A leading, values-driven organisation is seeking a Reward Manager to support the delivery of core reward activities and play a central role in the annual remuneration cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong compensation, reward, and analytics expertise to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing HR function.
What you\’ll do
- Lead and coordinate the annual remuneration review process, ensuring accurate data, timely delivery, and strong governance.
- Build initial budgeting models and conduct market data analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide expert reward guidance to managers, HR partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain role evaluation frameworks and manage benchmarking databases and survey participation.
- Contribute to compensation projects and support the development of the broader reward strategy.
- Support HR reporting cycles, data modelling, and ensure accuracy across HR systems.
- Collaborate across HR on benefits, payroll, wellbeing, audits, and associated analytics.
