Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Reward Manager to shape and lead the reward agenda across their global business. This is a high-impact role, partnering with HR, Finance, and senior leaders to design and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate their people.What you\’ll do:Lead the design and delivery of the total reward strategy, including compensation frameworks, benefits, and recognition programs.Own the annual salary, bonus, and benefits cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.Develop innovative reward solutions, from executive bonus structures to broker compensation plans that drive performance and engagement.Provide insights through data analysis and clear recommendations to the HR team, senior leadership, and Remuneration Committee.Stay ahead of market trends and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practice across all reward programs.Be a trusted advisor to leaders, HR, and employees on all reward matters.About you:Proven experience in Reward, including at management level (global exposure desirable).Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Power BI/Power Query a plus).Exceptional communication and influencing skills – confident presenting at senior/executive level.Commercially minded, detail-focused, and able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.Curious, innovative, and passionate about shaping a best-in-class total rewards experience.You\’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation where you\’ll have the freedom to make a real impact on how we reward and recognise their people globally.Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Financial Services, Professional Services, and Investment Banking
