An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a junior lawyer to join a high-performing Real Estate Finance practice at an elite international law firm in London. The team is currently in growth mode following increased demand across the UK and European markets, and is looking to hire an ambitious NQ or junior associate (up to 1 year PQE) to support its expanding pipeline of complex, high-value transactions.
About the Team
- Led by highly regarded partners with recent strategic hires, the team advises on the full spectrum of real estate finance matters including:
- Acquisition, development, investment, and back-leverage financings
- Asset classes spanning hospitality, logistics, residential, retail, data centres, cold storage, student accommodation, and offices
- Representing both financial sponsors and lenders (including private capital and investment banks)
- Complex cross-border mandates throughout the UK and continental Europe
The team is known for its role on some of the market’s most high-profile real estate finance deals and continues to gain recognition for its technical strength and commerciality.
