My client is an exciting, award-winning disruptor in the consumer lending market, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Proposition professional to join the business as it continues it\’s growth.
As a key member of the Product & Propositions team, you will collaborate closely with Partnership Services and various Corporate Teams. Your primary responsibility will be the analysis of our existing products and comparison to market and consumer appetite to ensure the effective management of the positioning and performance of the existing (and proposed), innovative, market-leading products.
Your role will encompass:
- Competitor & market intelligence, insight & analysis
- Customer and product understanding
- Management of broker sourcing systems to optimise product positioning
- Proposition Development and product change delivery
You will be/have:
- A proven data/product/customer analyst with first class tech skills
- An excellent communicator and presenter – internally and externally
- Experience within a financial service / consumer finance environment
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and organised
- A formal, relevant academic or professional qualification, such as a degree in maths, stats, engineering, data or similar
