US & International Payroll Specialist– London

Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with experience across US and international jurisdictions? Join our clients global team in London as a US & International Payroll Specialist and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for employees worldwide.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary backup for US payrolls, manage payroll in two international locations, conduct peer reviews, and support annual filings. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Global Payroll and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure payroll accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of US payroll experience (international experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and accounting
• Proficiency in ADP and Excel (Workday and Oracle a bonus)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
