A leading insurance provider is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to strengthen enterprise-wide resilience across the business and ensure ongoing compliance with key regulatory frameworks, with particular emphasis on DORA.
This role offers the opportunity to drive best practice across the organisation, shape regulatory readiness, and act as a subject-matter expert for resilience-related activity.
In this position, you will:
- Embed Operational Resilience and DORA policies across the business.
- Work closely with owners of Important Business Services to maintain accurate mapping and impact tolerances.
- Lead scenario testing from design through to remediation and reporting.
- Collaborate extensively across the business to ensure that resilience expectations, third-party dependencies and ICT-related risks are fully understood and managed.
- Deliver training and promote a culture of accountability.
- Act as a central point of contact for colleagues seeking guidance on Operational Resilience or DORA related matters.
