A growing luxury retail and e-commerce business is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and shape the next stage of its digital growth journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of a well-established brand with a strong online presence and loyal customer community. You'll have the freedom to develop strategy, launch impactful campaigns and work across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape the brand's marketing direction while remaining hands‑on in campaign delivery.
Experience within luxury, jewellery, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands would be highly advantageous.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong background in e-commerce marketing
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept through to execution
- Strong knowledge of Shopify
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing and paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing agencies, developers and creative partners
