Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Employment Tribunal litigation and case management
- ACAS early conciliation and settlement negotiations
- Day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
- Disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Settlement agreements and TUPE/collective consultation projects
- Providing strategic employment law advice to a varied business client base
