Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Employment Tribunal litigation and case management
  • ACAS early conciliation and settlement negotiations
  • Day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
  • Disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
  • Settlement agreements and TUPE/collective consultation projects
  • Providing strategic employment law advice to a varied business client base
