We’re hiring: Global Benefits Specialist. As our clients HR function continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Benefits Manager to help shape and deliver a compelling global benefits strategy that enhances colleague experience, strengthens our EVP, and supports a growing international business.
Working closely with the Director of Reward, you’ll play a key role in:
- Designing and delivering a global benefits strategy
- Leading benefits benchmarking, renewals, and supplier management
- Driving international benefits harmonisation and platform development
- Influencing senior stakeholders across a multinational professional services environment
- Supporting wider reward initiatives and strategic people programmes
This is a high-impact role for a benefits specialist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and stakeholder partnership.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in UK and international benefits and pensions
- Proven track record delivering benefits or reward projects end-to-end
- Confidence managing suppliers, brokers, and external benchmarks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in professional services or complex global organisations (desirable)
