A deals-focused advisory role for someone who wants to be in the middle of live transactions rather than in a compliance cycle.
The role
- Advising private equity, corporate and institutional clients on the tax aspects of live deals: buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, structuring acquisitions and disposals, reviewing SPAs and financial models for tax, and working alongside corporate finance and legal teams to get transactions over the line.
