We are working with a highly regarded global investment management group to appoint a Senior RFP Writer within their international distribution team. This is a key role for an experienced RFP professional who thrives on delivering high-quality, client-focused content and enjoys working closely with investment and sales teams. Sitting within the firm’s global RFP function as the number two to the Global Head of RFP, you will take the lead on institutional requests, producing tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other client questionnaires. You’ll collaborate across boutiques and investment teams, leveraging automation and innovative tools to deliver an outstanding client experience. This opportunity is well-suited to a detail-driven, technically proficient professional who wants to play a senior role in shaping the RFP function at a growing, ambitious investment house.
Responsibilities
- Leading the production of high-quality, bespoke responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and surveys across institutional and wholesale channels
- Working closely with sales and investment teams to ensure content is accurate, client-focused and persuasive
- Maintaining and enhancing the RFP database, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information
- Collaborating with the global RFP team to improve processes, adopt automation tools, and drive efficiency
- Editing and quality-checking submissions to deliver best-in-class client materials
- Contributing to senior-level ad-hoc projects within distribution as required
Qualifications
- Significant experience in institutional RFP roles within investment management
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, ETFs and sustainable investing
- High numeracy, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously and deliver under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
- Interest in leveraging new technologies to enhance client engagement and efficiency
