Senior Reward Project Lead (FTC / Project Role) London / Hybrid Global Scope | Financial Services
Following a period of significant M&A and a sharper focus on performance, this organisation is embarking on a global transformation of its incentive landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in simplifying and strengthening bonus and variable pay structures across the business.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Head of Equity & Reward, you will lead a global project to map, assess and consolidate all cash bonus and sales incentive schemes across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role with real visibility — shaping future incentive design, improving governance, and driving consistency across a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global mapping and documentation of all bonus and variable pay schemes
- Build a centralised inventory of scheme mechanics, governance and participation
- Analyse incentive structures, costings, and performance linkages
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for simplification
- Ensure alignment with FCA and broader regulatory requirements (e.g. conduct, deferral, clawback)
- Partner with senior HR, Finance and business leaders globally
- Deliver clear insights, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Reward / Compensation, ideally within Financial Services or Insurance
- Proven expertise in sales incentives and variable pay structures
- Experience operating in FCA-regulated environments
- Strong analytical capability across incentive mechanics and financial inputs
- Track record delivering global, cross-border reward projects
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complexity
