An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Reward Consulting practice supporting UK and international clients on high-impact reward projects. This team is expanding rapidly with strong leadership backing and a clear growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver reward strategies and structures
  • Develop grading frameworks and job architecture underpinned by job evaluation
  • Advise on EU Pay Transparency and regulatory requirements
  • Design and review incentive and performance plans (including ESG metrics)
  • Deliver pay and benefits benchmarking
  • Support M&A and transaction-related reward activity
  • Advise on employee share plans, wellbeing and recognition programmes
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development activity
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Manage commercials and project delivery quality
About You:
  • Experience in reward, either in-house or within a consultancy
  • Strong technical foundations across compensation and benefits
  • Commercially aware with confidence in client-facing environments
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and intellectually curious
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
