We’re partnering with a leading investment management firm looking to hire a Relationship Management Support professional to join their growing UK distribution team. The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role supporting a high-performing Relationship Management team, helping to deliver exceptional service to institutional and intermediary clients across the UK. This is a broad, commercially focused role where you’ll engage with clients, support sales activity, and build strong internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in delivering against sales and distribution targets
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Identify opportunities to promote investment solutions and services
- Assist with client communications, including reports and fund updates
- Attend client meetings and events alongside senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and pipeline activity
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within asset management, wealth management, or financial services
- Experience in a client-facing or sales support role preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Commercial mindset with an interest in investments and financial markets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- IMC (or willingness to complete within the first 6 months) is advantageous
