My client are seeking an Investment Performance Analyst to join a growing performance team focused on delivering accurate performance measurement, attribution analysis, and investment insight across a range of Multi-Asset portfolios and strategies. The role will involve supporting performance reporting and analysis, investigating performance issues, contributing to process improvements, and working closely with investment, risk, product, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and review investment performance and attribution reporting across regular and ad hoc cycles
  • Analyse and explain portfolio performance drivers across asset multi-asset classes and strategies
  • Investigate and resolve performance or data discrepancies
  • Support development and enhancement of performance and attribution models and processes
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, risk, operations, and product teams to provide performance insight
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with performance-related queries and analysis
  • Assist in maintaining strong controls and data integrity standards
  • Support and collaborate with junior members of the team where appropriate

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in investment performance, attribution, fund accounting, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of investment performance measurement concepts
  • Experience working with performance and attribution methodologies
  • Knowledge of fixed income and/or multi-asset products preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Python experience beneficial
  • CFA and/or CIPM studies advantageous
