Our client is a globally recognised, leading consultancy who are looking for a Manager with experience in Oracle ERP. You will be joining a motivated and hard-working team who advise some of the biggest businesses in the world on global Oracle ERP implementation projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and delivering project accounting solutions using a leading cloud-based ERP system.
  • Supporting business development and project delivery across industries.
  • Creating Finance & Procurement solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Managing system implementation, including integration, release, and data migration strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with financial services clients and transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP implementations across multiple functional areas, including accounting, procurement, and financial close.
  • Specialisation in at least one process area (S2P, P2R, A2R, O2C, R2R).
  • Deep understanding of ERP architecture, cloud implementation, and data migration.
  • Ability to lead workshops, drive design decisions, and document solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilities.
