An alternative asset manager is hiring for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team and help position the company as a leader in sustainable alternative investments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategy across their Real Assets division. In this role, you will work closely with investment, finance and distribution teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness to drive growth in the UK and internationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and content
- Produce thought leadership, investor communications, presentations, and sales collateral
- Ensure all marketing materials are high-quality, on-brand and compliant
- Manage marketing projects, budgets and schedules with multiple stakeholders
- Track and report on marketing effectiveness, using analytics to inform strategy
Key requirements:
- 7+ years' marketing experience in asset management, ideally in real assets / alternative investments
- Confident in communicating with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience across campaigns, content creation, digital marketing and events
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerPoint; experience with InDesign and CMS is a plus
- Can think strategically while delivering practical, results-driven execution
- Curious and proactive, with a desire to make a meaningful impact
