What you’ll do
- Shape and deliver the UK early careers branding and attraction strategy, with exposure to EMEA/global initiatives
- Lead employer brand campaigns, social media, and campus engagement to drive high-quality applications
- Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and campaign performance
- Build relationships with target universities, societies, and diversity partners
- Deliver standout candidate engagement (“keep warm”) strategies
- Use data and insights to optimise attraction performance and ROI
- Line manage and develop a small team
