Our client, a rapidly growing global pension fund, is looking to hire an Associate-level professional to join their Property Investment Team in London. The new hire will be involved in the full investment cycle, being hands-on with new transaction execution and asset management, focused on direct value-add investments across UK and European real estate, including commercial, residential and logistics properties.
THE ROLE:
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of new real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Support deal execution, including conducting due diligence, building financial models, and preparing investment committee materials
- Assist with the active management of the existing portfolio to drive performance, including participation in board roles for selected portfolio investments
