We're working with a well-established global organisation seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Bid Executive to support the delivery of high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals across a range of commercial opportunities.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in coordinating bid submissions from initial enquiry through to final delivery, helping the business secure new clients and strengthen existing relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing, project coordination, or marketing support experience looking to develop a career in bid management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Coordinate timelines, actions, and deadlines across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content using approved materials.
- Source and manage supporting information including case studies, CVs, statistics, and testimonials.
- Maintain bid content libraries and document management systems.
- Review submissions to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support market, client, and competitor research activities.
- Assist with presentation materials, pitch documents, and post-tender reviews.
