We are seeking an experienced Aladdin Consultant / Business Analyst to support a large-scale global Aladdin implementation for a leading investment management organisation. This is a front-office facing role, working closely with portfolio managers, traders, risk teams, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic change across investment workflows and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between investment teams and technical delivery functions, gathering requirements, analysing front office processes, and translating business needs into scalable Aladdin solutions. You will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, including workshops, process mapping, solution design, testing, data validation, and implementation support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • analysing investment management workflows across trading, compliance, risk, performance, and portfolio management
  • supporting Aladdin configuration and optimisation
  • facilitating stakeholder engagement across global teams
  • producing business and functional requirements documentation
  • coordinating with development, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery

Candidates should demonstrate:
