The Opportunity

• Advise on complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, acting for top-tier private equity sponsors, investment funds, and financial institutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-7 PQE Finance Associate with a strong track record in leveraged finance, debt finance, or structured finance.
• England & Wales qualified (or common law equivalent), with a background from a top-tier US or Magic Circle firm.
• Strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex financing structures in a fast-paced environment.
