I'm partnering with a leading Corporate and Investment Bank in London on the search for an IT Audit AVP and am looking to speak with experienced IT auditors who are ready for their next step. Due to emerging technology and the growth of the bank across EMEA, this is a genuinely interesting role where you will be able to make a big impact across the audit plan and business.
You'll have variety in your work, covering audits across IT infrastructure, applications and third party services across the EMEA region. You'll also have the autonomy to step-up as auditor in charge on reviews, giving you clear progression and visibility with senior stakeholders including Group Audit Committee level.
Skillset
- IT audit experience within financial services or a regulated environment
- Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, alongside cybersecurity principles and IT general controls
- Familiarity with DORA and GDPR
- Confidence owning the full audit lifecycle from planning through to reporting and recommendation closure
- Strong communication skills and the resilience to present findings and hold your ground with senior stakeholders
- Some exposure to data analytics within an audit context
- Exposure to cloud platforms, core banking systems or SWIFT and payments auditing would be a strong bonus, as would a CISA, CISSP or CRISC qualification.
