Leading Pan-European Private Equity Fund | London

A leading pan-European private equity firm is looking to appoint an Investor Relations Associate to join its London office.

Managing over €2 billion of assets and investing across high-quality businesses throughout Europe, the firm has established itself as one of the most active and entrepreneurial investors in the lower mid-market.

This hire will join a lean, high-performing Investor Relations function and work closely with senior leadership, investment professionals and existing investors across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

The role offers exceptional exposure to fundraising, investor communications and strategic projects while providing a strong foundation for a long-term career within private markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing fundraising initiatives and future fundraises.
  • Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials and due diligence responses.
  • Assist with prospective investor targeting and market mapping exercises.
  • Manage investor requests and coordinate information flow across internal teams.
  • Support quarterly reporting, AGM preparation and investor communications.
  • Maintain CRM systems and fundraising pipelines.
  • Work closely with investment teams to articulate portfolio performance, investment strategy and market positioning.
  • Contribute to broader business development and capital formation initiatives.
  • Candidate Profile
  • 3–4 years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity
  • Experience gained within a leading investment bank, private equity fund or advisory platform.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative asset management.
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills.
  • Highly polished communicator with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and institutional investors.
  • Strong Power Point and Excel capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university with a strong academic record.
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential.
