We are working alongside a growing Lloyd’s Broker who are looking for a highly experienced Human Resources Analyst as they enter an incredibly busy period in the HR lifecycle.

It is essential that you have experience within HR Data Analytics to be considered for this role within a Financial Services business

The opportunity will be diverse and fast paced, you as the chosen candidate will be working across compensation, benefits, management information (MI) and HR systems (Workday). You will get the opportunity to join a forward-thinking team whilst gaining exposure with partners amongst all areas of HR.

As the Senior HR Analyst your duties will include;

  • Assisting the Head HR Change with projects such as:
  • Becoming a go to person for all HR systems across the business, including the benefits portal and compensation system
  • Adding value to the business by collaborating with Senior HR Management to find continuous improvements and ways of developing the procedures surrounding Reward
  • Creation of advanced HR MI reports, presenting complex data to the business in a digestible way

This role would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to jump into a busy and hands on role within HRIS Analysis. The ideal candidate would be comfortable and confident working with all types of HR systems/analytics and had previous experience within a similar financial services environment. A real passion for data and ability to work on multiple tasks would allow you to thrive in this role.
