What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding on policies, people processes, and organisational change.
  • Drive employee engagement and support complex employee relations cases with fairness and care.
  • Partner with our Talent, Reward, and HR Operations teams to deliver on learning, development, performance, and reward agendas.
  • Help implement strategies that enhance performance and employee experience.
  • Champion DEI and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced generalist HR Business Partners within a matrixed or fast-paced environment.
  • A strong grasp of UK employment law and best practice HR approaches.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
