I am currently assisting a well known Financial Services brand recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their wider HR team. Reporting into a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in Data Analytics for a people centric business. This is a newly created role to support the growth and change of the business. You would be joining at a really exciting time!

MUST COME FROM AN HR BACKGROUND

Experience of working with Workday would be highly beneficial and due to managing change you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel, therefore strong Microsoft Excel skills are a prerequisite for this role. The company in question has a policy of four days a week in the office.
