Bruin is proud to partner with a well-known Financial Services brand in their search for a Head of Financial Crime Operations to join their team.
In this new and pivotal role, we seek an experienced financial crime leader. You will be a financial crime SME with extensive leadership expertise and a talent for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

What will you be doing?
- Provide overall leadership and oversight for the team.
- Set and drive team priorities and outcomes, including coaching team members and supporting their long-term career development.
- Offer advice and guidance, acting as a point of escalation for the team.
- Build and manage collaborative relationships with relevant 1LoD stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with 2LoD financial crime teams to enhance risk management and compliance culture.
- Ensure alignment of financial crime operational processes and procedures with company policies.
