- 2/3 days a week in Scotland Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known Financial Services brand in their search for a Head of Financial Crime operations to join their team.
In this brand new and pivotal role, we are looking for an experienced financial crime leader.
You will be a financial crime SME with extensive leadership expertise and a knack for building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Do you have previous experience of building out a new team or function? Are you looking to work with the best? Then we want to hear from you! What will you be doing? Provide overall leadership and oversight for the team. Set and drive team priorities and outcomes.
Including supporting team members with coaching and developing long-term career goals. Provide advice and guidance and act as a point of escalation for the team. Build and manage collaborative relationships with relevant 1LoD stakeholders. Build and manage relationships with 2LoD financial crime teams to enhance risk management and compliance culture.
