Funds Associate (2–5 PQE) The Role

We are seeking an exceptional associate to join our highly regarded Funds team. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated and varied work across the private investment funds space, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and real estate funds. You will work closely with sponsors and institutional investors on fund formations, structuring, and operational matters, contributing to the success of high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on fund formation and structuring, including regulatory considerations and investor negotiations.
  • Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, such as limited partnership agreements and side letters.
  • Providing ongoing advice to sponsors on operational, governance, and compliance matters.
  • Supporting clients with bespoke and innovative fund solutions tailored to their strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to deliver seamless advice on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.

About You

  • Experience : 2–5 years’ PQE in private funds from a leading practice or in-house. Expertise in private equity, private debt, or venture capital is advantageous.
  • Attributes : You are a commercially minded and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
