I am representing one of my fantastic financial services clients who are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Finance Director to lead and grow the financial operations of a dynamic and expanding organisation with divisions in legal, finance, and insurance sectors. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the financial strategy, aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring robust infrastructure and processes.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support growth initiatives.
- Act as the COFA for the company, ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across legal, finance, and insurance divisions.
- Manage client account activities, ensuring proper fund segregation and reconciliations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
- Lead budgeting processes, providing accurate forecasts and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
- Produce consolidated financial reports and KPIs for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
