Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known financial services brand in their search for a Financial Crime Policy and Standards Manager to join their existing team. In this role, you will be a Fin Crime policy expert. You will identify and assess all UK and global financial crime regulatory requirements pertaining to the business in coordination with the Regulatory Affairs Team, and Local 2nd line teams, as part of regulatory horizon scanning.
You will also contribute to the definition of Policy and Governance Framework and Risk Management Frameworks. We are looking for an experienced manager who will build collaborative relationships with other Group Risk and Compliance stakeholders as well as local 2nd line financial crime teams, to enhance risk management and compliance culture.
