You will bring:

• 2–7 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
• A balance of litigation and advisory experience, ideally from a top-tier or respected regional practice
• Confidence working directly with clients on sensitive and strategic issues
• An interest in employment law’s evolving landscape, including pay reporting and workplace equality
