Our client, a leading global bank, is keen to expand their Corporate Advisory Team with the Associate hire. This is a unique opportunity to work across acquisition finance, debt advisory, credit rating advisory , and ESG-related mandates , supporting both the origination and execution of complex, high-profile transactions.
THE ROLE
- Analyze business, market, and financial data to identify strategic financing opportunities
- Develop and present pro forma merger models, sensitivity analyses, and liquidity assessments
- Prepare marketing materials and internal approval documents
- Support deal execution alongside senior team members
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues and graduates on rotation
THE CANDIDATE
- Currently sitting at the Senior Analyst/ Junior Associate level within corporate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, credit ratings , Debt or M&A advisory
- Strong cashflow modelling and credit analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
