We are partnering with a global asset manager seeking a Marketing Compliance Manager to support their marketing and distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review marketing, sales, and product materials to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
  • Provide compliance guidance to marketing and sales teams across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, US)
  • Manage compliance controls for digital and client communications
  • Support audit processes and track resolution of compliance issues

  • Strong knowledge of EMEA and APAC marketing regulations - SEC is a plus
