A well-established London-based private equity investment firm is looking to hire two individuals into its Client function. The firm focuses on private market investments across equity and debt strategies and works closely with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices and sophisticated private investors.
Both roles sit within a growing, lean, high-touch client team, working closely with senior leadership, compliance and marketing. The environment offers strong client exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one.
Role 1: Client ExecutiveThis role is suited to someone with approximately 2–5 years’ experience within a wealth manager, private bank, private equity firm or investment platform, or other, supporting HNW/UHNW client relationships.
Responsibilities include:- Assisting with day-to-day client servicing and responding to investor queries
- Supporting capital raises and distribution of new investment opportunities
- Managing onboarding processes and ensuring robust KYC within an FCA-regulated framework
- Coordinating client communications, events and seminars
- Working closely with senior team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
This would suit someone currently in an Associate or junior RM support role looking to step into a more direct private markets environment with increased exposure to investors.
Role 2: Client ManagerThis position is aimed at someone with roughly 5–8 years’ experience in a client-facing role within a wealth manager, private bank, private equity firm or investment platform, or other.
Responsibilities include:- Leading relationships with HNW/UHNW investors and family offices
- Taking an active role in capital raising discussions and allocation conversations
- Driving new client development and converting inbound leads
- Acting as a key point of contact throughout fundraise cycles
- Working cross-functionally with compliance, marketing and senior partners
- Contributing to broader client strategy and business development efforts
