We are partnering with a leading European private equity platform to appoint a Head of Investor Relations as part of the continued evolution of its global fundraising and investor coverage strategy. The firm is an established, high-performing mid-market investor with a strong international LP base and a differentiated track record across Europe. With multi-billion-euro AUM and a long-term, thematic investment approach, the platform is entering a significant phase of growth across fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic capital formation initiatives.
This individual will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a central role in managing and expanding relationships across institutional investors globally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop relationships with institutional LPs globally, including: Pension funds, Sovereign wealth funds, Endowments & foundations, Family offices, Funds of funds
- Play a leading role across: Fundraising strategy and execution, Investor communications, Annual meetings and roadshows, Strategic capital formation initiatives, Existing LP relationship management
- Partner closely with investment teams and senior leadership on market positioning and investor engagement strategy.
- Support broader development of the IR platform, infrastructure, and long-term global coverage model
- Significant experience within: Private equity investor relations, Fundraising / distribution, Placement advisory, Institutional capital raising
- Strong understanding of the European private equity landscape and institutional LP market
- Proven track record managing sophisticated investor relationships and supporting successful fundraising processes
- Commercially driven with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- International mindset with the ability to operate across Europe, North America, and Middle East investor channels
