An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced

Change Product Manager to join a growing Product team supporting the transformation of a global custody platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology and operations, helping to deliver strategic change while driving the evolution of technology platforms and business services.

The Role

As a Product Owner within a collaborative Product function, you'll play a key role in delivering large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering and Operations teams, you'll help shape product priorities, manage delivery and ensure solutions meet both business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of strategic change across product and platform transformation initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to define priorities, delivery plans and product outcomes.
  • Own and refine user stories, prioritise the product backlog and provide clear direction to Agile delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to deliver new capabilities and continuous product enhancements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business and client needs, supporting the migration of products and services onto strategic technology platforms.
  • Monitor delivery performance and key product metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI and modern tooling to improve delivery efficiency and product outcomes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing Agile environment focused on delivering business value.

About You

  • A degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Change Product Manager or in a similar role delivering products and change initiatives within Agile, cross‑functional environments.
  • Strong experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritisation and working closely with Scrum teams.
  • A track record of contributing to complex transformation or change programmes as a subject matter expert.
  • An appreciation of the role data plays in business and platform transformation, with experience supporting data‑driven initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and support effective decision‑making.
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to custody, tax, depositary or fund services would be advantageous but is not essential
